Product returns

Should you wish to return any products for repair or warranty purposes, please follow the procedure below so that we can track the repair and advise if the goods don't arrive:

  • Please download the Return Authorisation form, complete and email  to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it
  • We will issue you with an Return Authorisation Number, include this on the RA form, print a copy and enclose it with the goods to be returned. Please send goods directly to CSE Semaphore address on the form.
  • We will investigate the issue, and advise you of the most appropriate outcome.

Please note that you must recieve an RA number from Maximation before sending goods for inspection.
