RTUnet is proud to announce we have joined the CSE-Semaphore product group

Melbourne , Australia 11^th May 2007 - RTUnet is now part of the CSE-Semaphore products group. CSE-Semaphore is an operating division of CSE-Global, a Singapore based Industrial Integration, Manufacturing and Distribution group who have owned RTUnet since 2004.

RTUnet P/L is the manufacturer of the Kingfisher product range, they join Techno Trade, the manufacturer of the T-Box range of products within the CSE-Semaphore group.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q. Will you be maintaining the existing product lines such as Kingfisher Series II, LP-1, G3 etc?
A. YES. CSE-Semaphore is committed to the existing range of Kingfisher products, and we look forward to introducing some exciting new products during 2007. In fact, as this document goes to print we have re-launched Series II as Kingfisher PLUS+ and added a new processor with expanded memory, ISaGRAF IEC-61131 programming support and powerful IP capabilities. We feel Kingfisher PLUS+ is a world class product and we will continue to enhance this range with powerful new features and options.

Q. Has Kingfisher / RTUnet been purchased or acquired by a new company?

A. NO. RTUnet has been a part of the CSE-Global group since 2004. CSE-Global has recently acquired Techno-trade, a telemetry manufacturer based in Europe . Both companies are now part of the CSE-Semaphore group. This arrangement allows the most efficient use of resources and quick transferal of ideas between both companies. RTUnet is now the Australian / New Zealand distributor of the exciting T-Box range of IP enabled products. Contact RTUnet sales for details.

Q. Will there be any changes to the administration / accounting of RTUnet?

A: RTUnet will be changing our business name to CSE-Semaphore, however at the moment you will still trade with and receive invoices from RTUnet Pty Ltd. Once we have changed our operating name to CSE-Semaphore, you will be advised directly by mail. You will not be required to submit another credit application.
